When They Go Low by Natalie Mitchell
When They Go Low
by Natalie Mitchell
Part of National Theatre Connections 2018
'We need to show them we wont be silenced. That were not scared.'
Miss Reef wants to talk to the girls about self-respect and taking responsibility for their actions. Louise isnt having any of it - afterall it was the boys that took the pictures in the first place!
As Louise wages a war on misogyny will she get the outcome she is hoping for? Or will it all go horribly wrong? When They Go Low by Natalie Mitchell is part of the National Theatre Connections festival. National Theatre Connections is a celebration of young people, theatre making and the importance of access to the arts. Presented at Delapré Abbey by Warts and All Theatre, this funny, essential and challenging new play, examines feminism and uncovers the changing face of teenage sexuality in an online world.
When they go low, we go high.
